A Little (Investors) Love… Can Change It All….

This was the second time I was presenting at the Rodinhoods OH and trust me I was as excited as it was my first time. Yes I had jitters, yes I was nervous but yes it felt awesome!

Who Am I:

I’m a gujju, not the one from those obese families where the father’s bank balance is as fat as his waist line but a typical service class family which had the privilege of dining out only on the day of father’s salary. With a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management with 2 yrs of experience in Taj, MBA in Marketing with a year of experience at Vodafone, with a heavy heart from freshly recovering from a 6 yrs long relationship break-up, with a heavy mind from seeing a year long suffering of my father in Coma; I quit my job to start my own food business, Just Unjunk! It was 16th April, 2012 and the day marks the beginning of my spiritual journey too.

Our Journey So Far:
Changing the equation of Fast food is equal to Junk food; we serve innovative food in the fast food markets that are heavily cluttered with Junk food players, taking a clearly differentiated positioning. We are a fast food company serving food that’s not junk. With a unique concept of “Unjunk” food, we serve Indianized Salads, Healthy Burgers, Whole Wheat Wraps, Multi-Grain Paninis / Sandwiches, Juices & Milkshakes.
Operating at the corporate cafeterias of renowned clients like Vodafone, TCS, Bestsellers etc, we also cater to private events, occasions, festivals and have served at many exhibitions & social gatherings.
Why do I need money:
Like any other food company, we want to make it big, really big. And to make it really BIG we need big money to open outlets in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) market being located at high streets, corporate buildings, schools etc. And not to miss, build a brand! Being a capital and labor intensive business its becoming difficult to scale up at a faster pace from our own capital and money generated from the business.

We would be soon starting with deliveries (location not decided), in case any of you’ll want to taste any of our products till then, please dont hesitate to call me. I would try my level best to either get the product delivered at your doorstep or arrange your visit at any of our site locations (only in Mumbai currently).
