Azure and Google Business Group Mumbai invite you to an Open House!!

Once upon a time, we used to struggle until the wee hours of the morning, carrying library books and Encyclopaedias bigger than our arms and pore painstakingly through those pages for the meagre scraps of information our homework assignments required. Thanks to Google, today we can get all that information and more literally at the touch of a button. (Sigh. The coming generation will never know our struggles!)

These people at Google are like that, it turns out. They make a habit to finding solutions and bringing the universe to your doorstep; whether it’s the right holiday destination, the missing ingredient to a recipe or even the steps to be successful in your dream job. We all have our ideas on how to carry on expanding the success story of women in various fields of work and the role of technology in that process. What’s yours?

Azure and Google Business Group Mumbai team up to invite you for one such evening of bringing the world closer to you – an Open House on ‘Empowering Women Entrepreneurs through digital media tools.’

Cut through the big words and what do you have?  A free, informal one-of-a-kind meeting where you get to have your say and Google and Azure listen to your opinions and take note. Also get to meet successful women entrepreneurs including  Akancha Srivastava (Founder, Azure), Priyanka Aggarwal (Co-Founder, Wishberry), Sonakshi Pratap (Co-Founder, Theek kar do) and Gargi Shah (CoFounder, ThePlayce) and listen to them share their stories of bringing the world to their companies via the digital media. Shweta Vyas from Barclays will share a very special story.

Allow the Google team to help you with what they do best – demystifying the internet with their secret tricks and tools – while also getting some free goodies from them as well.

When? Where? When? Oh ya. Silly us.

Day & Date: Saturday, 27th of July, 2013

Venue: National Stock Exchange, BKC, Mumbai

Time: 5-8 pm

Hope to see you there and hear what you have to say.

P.S. Women, bring your men along. Let them see that we can talk on more than just the clichéd saas-bahu serials and reality shows.

P.P.S. The conversations on saas-bahu serials and reality shows will be held during the tea break while the men are busy at the food section.
