I am thinking of an idea in which I will sell e-contents(magazines/books) from apps.
However, I am facing problem in payment gateway. I researched a lot and these are the things I want to discuss
1. iOS Apps
Apple guidelines say that you don’t require to integrate our own payment gateway in case you are selling non-physical goods. That said, my goods comes into digital goods. So, If I integrate Gateway then would apple reject the app?
– Is selling ebooks not allowed in iOS app?
– What if I want to sell something for rs 20 or rs 90.In in-app purchase I am tied to apple price band like .99$(approx 60Rs) and in multiple for that ?
2. Gateway
I was in favour of carrier billing but they have hell lot of charges. 30%+15% DOT charges+ 5%service provider. How can I support 70%(50%+20% my margin) margin in e-content ???
