Excited to share story of drivekool.com that we launched in about mid 2014.
What is drivekool.com ?
DriveKool.com is India’s first driving school booking site. Drivekool is a cloud based solution for customers who want to learn driving and avail RTO services.
We returned from US in 2009 and my wife still doesn’t know driving as it always have been very difficult for me to venture out and search for decent school near by. My wife tried calling but those efforts went in vain. Either the language became barrier or they were rude (or not so professional). It made us to realize that if we are finding it this difficult then it got to be difficult for many others and hence idea of launching a portal struck us. All we had to do now is to give a life to this idea so that this can be helpful for others. The idea was to make this service available at customer’s door step itself. Go no-where, log on to the site, enter your area, choose slot with driving school and book it.
We now have made this hours or day long process to few click process which once can complete in real fast from anywhere any time.

Drivekool is trying to address following problems faced by candidates who look to learn driving:
- Difficult to find credible driving school
- Difficult to find school with best rates and quality services
- Going to driving school during business hours to book training slot is time consuming
- Have to visit/call driving schools multiple times
What does drivekool.com offer ?
Drivekool offers following services to the client:
- book training slot with driving school online 24×7 from anywhere
- book training slot by calling our call center
- hassle free RTO services such as license, change of address, vehicle registration and so on
We provide door to door services when it comes to collect or deliver documents and so on making it very convenient for our customers.
What is the process?
Customers can either call us or log on to drivekool.com to book driving school or raise request for RTO related services. It’s fairly a simple process; search driving school based upon area, choose slot, and book it. Our system sends SMS to customer as well as driving school with all the details.
Upon entering area, drivekool list down all the driving school nearby along with key information such as cars they offer for learning, slots to book, price and so on. One just has to choose driving school from list and book a slot with it.

About founders?
Mahesh Gidwani, brings 15+ years of IT experience working with small, mid and large Indian and MNC organization in India and US. He does whatever it takes to make things happen. He is a founder and CEO at drivekool.
Saumitra Kayal, brings 17+ years of experience from IT sector in India and abroad. He holds technology patent and doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty to make solution neat & clean. He is a founder and CTO.
Kumar Gaurav, he started his career with an startup before jumping onto drivekool band wagon. His sole responsibility is to develop the business and maintain relationship. He always is ready to hit the road to go and meet clients. He also is a founder at drivekool.
