This guy has quit in the most obnoxious way .. and two days later I know that he has been hired by an Agency that did NO background check on him. I wrote to the Executive creative director and I did not even get an auto mail reply 😉
And its the premier agency for German heavy weight automobile company ! ! Â
My gut feeling sensed something fishy a month back but I though of his little kid etc. and was fooled by a fake and a liar who lied to me in my face till the last moment of how ethics and work meant so much to him !!!!Â

Bad work ethics like – perpetually late to work, absence from work without responsibility to the work assigned, getting obstinate if scolded fr non performance…. And then just not returning back to work after salary credited… Without the responsibility of handing over work or completing it…… ???????? What would u call an employee like this ?
