For any of you in the food business, you will know that your kitchen is the heart of your business. I’ve recently found out I need a heart transplant i.e. my current landlord has served me notice and need a new kitchen asap.
From Sulekha to Quikr to Facebook to all contacting all sorts of shady brokers, from January onwards, I’ve tried it all and come up against a dead end. I am now racing against a timeline and if I don’t find a kitchen soon Bawi Bride may just have to temporarily close operations. Given I’ve grown this heart of mine with much struggle over the past 2.5 years I’d hate to see this happen and hence thought of reaching out to you all.
Here is what I require:
- Commercial Space (preferably ground or at the very max 1st floor)
- Two exits so that we get a fire license
- A premise that is situated in a legal structure with proper blueprints in place
- Reliable water supply
- In-house toilets
- 24 hour electricity
- Safe neighbourhood as I have an all female staff
- Close to a train station
- Rent of between 35,000 – 60,000 per month
- Approximately 400 – 700 carpet area
Much like a heart transplant there is a lot of criteria to meet and so I’ve decided I am open to exploring all locations between Worli – Andheri so long as its easily approachable on the Western Line.
