Nikon D3100 is 14 MP (Megapixel) & D3200 is effective 24 MP. However 16 MP D5100 is more costly than than 24 MP. How is that? What is EFFECTIVE ?
I had visited Croma, Infinity, Reliance Digital and other malls but no one could clarify what is “effective”. Is it only a show and marketing? Why is it not purely 24 MP as in all other cases ?
Can any expert in this field pls clarify?
