Hi Every One
I’ve assigned an android app development project to a small(EB) company located Indore. one of the employee signed on NDA before assigning the project and provide confirmation on my terms and conditions.. so finally I send Concept & UI design of mobile app to development team.. and had few test builds released from them but i’m not satisfied with their deliverable and communication. hence i told them to stop working on the project i will find another developer, they said okay! that’s how project closed.
Today i checked in google play store and i found an app, that app is developer none other than EB( to whom i assigned the app to develop and canceled the project with them) they used same UI and concept that i shared.
What kind of action i can take on them and how .. please suggest.
