How to meet a Company’s decision maker to sell my startup product

Hi Fellow Rodinhooders

My start-up company eWeHelp Technologies developed a web based product which is somewhat an online grocery store. Now instead of running that online store on our own, we would like to approach the decision makers of big companies like Reliance fresh, Easyday, Best Price or any other store to sell our product. Our target region is Jalandhar (Punjab). Since there is no one providing online grocery delivery service in Jalandhar region, we do see a good future for this product there. But managing the whole thing by ourselves is going to be a very complex process and will also need a lot of initial investment. So we thought of approaching Big Companies with the proposal of selling the same to them.

I would like to hear suggestion from you all on following things:

  1. Does our plan of approaching big companies appear feasible to you?
  2. What is the formal process that we must follow in order to approach them?
  3. How much can we quote them for our product + maintenance of the product (max amount) ?
  4. Any other idea that you can suggest us?

Thanks!
