Hi everyone,
I’m really confused and I need your valuable advice and help. I’m an electrical engg(23 yrs) working in PSU company for last 1 year. I want to become an entrepreneur(honestly speaking, I don’t have any idea right now). But one thing is sure ,I HATE MY JOB(OR ANY JOB).But my parents are not letting me quit this job because of these reasons-
1. You are very young to start your own business.(I agree)
2. At this stage, you don’t have any B-pan or idea in your mind.(I agree)
3. You don’t have any experience in corporate world as you are working as an engineer.(I partially agree)
4. We don’t have any family business or business background. In short we are maharashtrian and not gujju,sindhi or marwadi.(I do not agree)
5. How can you leave a govt job with this good package(10L CTC).(I don’t care)
They do have some valid points and being my parents & well-wishers, I respect it. But I want to start my own and cannot do a job.
Any suggestions, advice??
