I am working on a start-up (name yet to finalized) it is a portal related to Adventure Sports In India. We have a team of two & we are working on this Project from last 2 months and now we are looking for a 3rd co-founder who is passionate enough to join us.
Mostly I am looking for a person who has a passion for writing and some interest in adventure sports and can understand the content management for a website
Doesn’t even matter if he/she is not a writer. But he/she should have good command over English.
Essentially, I am looking for someone who can be the Content Head and execute few related areas.

Following are some points which you should refer before approaching
What We Expect From You:
- Content Strategy for a WEBSITE
- Liaising with and managing people who provide content (Freelance Writers etc. )
- Negotiate with writers for content & Build a win-win relationship with content writers
- Develop content strategy with objective of Traffic generation to WEBSITE.
- Creating Topics to be given to Writers (as per our Phase & plan)
- Online Research regarding Content
- PR Content Creation for the website to be used in marketing
- Internal website content (About Us, Terms & Condition, & other related)
- Occasional Article writing for WEBSITE’s Blog
- Handling general emailing of WEBSITE (Regular Replies & Cold Emailing), feedbacks,
- MOST IMPORTANT Managing Social Media Accounts.- FACEBOOK,TWITTER,PINTEREST etc regular updates etc.
- Working on Digital Strategies for Website Promotion
- Other Areas:
- 1. Updating Content on website with given Login Id and password. on a regular basis ETC.
