A VERY UNIQUE education company (non curricular education – funded by a leading investment firm) is looking for a Center entrepreneur who will head one of the Business unit, a center.
This person will head center end to end starting from sales, marketing, operations, resourcing etc. as a P&L head. Will generate revenues and grow the center. This role gives a person an opportunity to polish his/her entrepreneur skills and learn various areas of business than just a sales & marketing. The incumbent will also have an opportunity to work directly with the Private Equity partner who has invested in company.
An ideal candidate will be a very smart & confident professional have excellent sales or marketing experience. Must be self confident to lead a branch end to end and should be open to work in a challenging environment with a small organization and help it grow to a large company.
Must be an MBA
Could be from any sector but should have handled sales for mass consumer market but NOT Corporate.
