Where are we?
We are at the cusp of our exponential growth. After proving our business and operational model, we are now expanding nationally.
Our gross annual revenue is Rs 2.4 Crore, Annual Commission Revenue of Rs 24 Lakhs. Our Current burn-rate is Rs 12 Lakhs / annum. As weexpand nationally helping us to spread out our fixed cost, we are expecting to go profitable in next 6 months.
We are also in the process of reaching out to VCs to raise money to help us grow nationally exponentially.
Designation: Co-founder & CTO
Location: Bangalore / Pune
Responsibility:
- Oversee the technical strategy of the company
- Identify opportunities and risks for deliveringthe company’s services as a web-based business, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success.
- Manage and recruit a multi-disciplinary high-performance technology team.
- Mentor, Manage and guide OneWay.Cab’s Technical Team
- Task by task coding activities of the development team managing the team’s daily progress as a group as well as individual contributions
Requirements:
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience involved in developing state of the art web based technology solutions an absolute must
- Excellent written/oral communication skills
- Experience with Google APIs and Open Source skills like PHP, mySQL
