Matrimonial: BawiBride seeks a life partner

“Ambitious Bawi seeks a motivated and hard-working partner to grow up her baby. Successful partner must love food, must love discovering the stories behind a great plate of food and should ideally love a good plate of Dhansak & Kebabs. The ideal partner will also love bossing people around and is an organisational freak. Age, sex – no bar.”

I know what you’re thinking as you read this. How can a self proclaimed Bawi ‘Bride’  be seeking a life partner. And, that too a partner to grow up her child? What happened to the famous #BawaGroom? Well, any entrepreneur will tell you that their startup is their first born and the same goes for me with Bawi Bride Kitchen.

After spending the last two years establishing Bawi Bride Kitchen – a gourmet catering company that aims to make Parsi food popular across India – it is now time to explore how I can take it to the next level. Establishing a central kitchen or a cafe or a Parsi food retail empire, these are just a few of the things I have in mind. To do this, I am seeking a co-founder who is passionate about food and operations to join me full-time in this journey.

Here’s just a snapshot of our journey so far:

The reason this is a matrimonial posting and not a job ad is because I am quite open to having a chat and exploring what the prospective ‘life-partner’ also has in mind. However, just like how #BawaGroom had to be tall and Parsi, below are just some of the ‘must-haves’ my co-founder should have:

If the above sounds of interest, please get in touch with me on perzen@bawibride.com or drop me a comment below with your contact details and I will get in touch. If you’re not interested but if you can help me find a match, I promise you generous servings of Dhansak and Berry Pulao!
