We are planning a marketplace for bakery raw materials, supplies, tools, appliances etc. Now we are looking for a professional CA & Tax Consultant to help us with the following activities :
Immediate Requirement
- Both Director’s DIN & DSC.
- Incorporation of a Pvt. Ltd. company for us in Delhi.
- Guide us with regulations & formalities for an eCommerce company
- PAN / TAN
- Service Tax Registration
time for taxes
Annual Requirements:
- Manage our Books of Accounts
- Manage mandatory norms for Pvt. Ltd company
- Annual Returns & Service Tax Returns
- Ensure Tax / Return etc are paid on time – work as Freelance CFO
- Fixed Cost to Maintaining about activities
Preference :
- Ideally, I would like the professional to be in east Delhi, typically near Vivek Vihar, Surajmal Vihar, Anand Vihar etc
- Previous experience of consulting an eCommerce company would be ideal.
Limitation
We are a small startup hence cannot afford exuberant cost. Hence looking for a professional who can provide us with the above services in a reasonable price.
