Risk Management: Evaluate Risk in your Projects

Most of the time I have found Companies (especially IT Ventures) start projects but due to some factors either they collapse or finish with bitter relationship. 

I am not saying that  it happens everytime, but most of the time situations can not be controlled, and the project collapses.

Customer feels that Vendor made fake commitments and viz-a-viz vendors claim it was not communicated during Scope of work.

I am sharing a presentation that was prepared by me around 3 years ago when I was pursuing my PG.

It is having the details of 10 major causes WHY a Project Fails? Root cause and last but not least WHAT TO DO for rectifying the errors?
