There are many categories of organic products like Fruits & vegetable, Grains, Dairy products, Oil & Ghee, Sweeteners, Tea & coffee, Spices, Herbal products, Ayurvedic, Personal care, Apparel, etc. which one do you think is more in demand

I am more keen on fruits & vegetable but not sure about the complexity of it due to its perishable nature

We can draw some parallel from the existing grocery ecommerce sector but I need to understand this more from Organic products perspective
