Just found this new app for the chrome browser. StayFcousd.
Basically sets a timeline on how long you can access a site. I’ve set rodinhoods to 10 mins.

That way I can indulge in guilty pleasures without suddenly lookin up at my clock and hear the client breathing fire and brimstone!!
So how long do you guys spend on Rodinhood. I find that I end up spending hours if given the chance.
