What is your greatest Entrepreneurial Challenge??

Entrepreneurship not as easy and fun as you thought it would be?

Being your own boss sucks??

Can’t afford a rockstar web designer for your e-com venture?

Can’t find a co-founder or a tech partner who shares your vision?

Your online venture is stuck ‘coz you are struggling to find an agreeable payment gateway?

Have exhausted all of your funds??? And no VC is game?!

Starting up not so sexy, huh??!!

If so, tell us your pain points, your roadblocks your GREATEST CHALLENGE AS AN ENTREPRENEUR that you face and collectively we will try and help you overcome it!

In this session, FOUR Rodinhooders will be given the opportunity to share their greatest Entrepreneurial Challenge. For a chance to present your case, send your story by downloading and filling-in THIS PPT FORMAT to asha@rodinhood.com LATEST BY 18TH MARCH, 2014. The final 4 presenters will be shortlisted by the editorial team (comprising Alok and me). Pls stick to the PPT format!

Each presenter will get max 15 mins (5 mins to present + 10 mins of untangling & brainstorming to break down the challenges with Alok and the audience). Yes! You will be timed!

4:05 – 5pm CAS – Create a Startup!

UPDATE MARCH 18, 2014:

Since making people laugh is a SERIOUS BUSINESS, we shall create a COMEDY COMPANY for rodinhooder Sumit Anand to take ahead! Sumit is a stand up comedian on the weekends – has been getting individual gigs now for the last couple of years and intends to start a comedy company in the near future. LET’S HELP HIM BUILD ONE!!!

Ever built a startup from scratch, on-the-spot and live amidst an audience? We just did in Mumbai and had the most awesome time! Everyone from the audience will bounce ideas to Alok our moderator to build a LIVE PPT involving the FIVE W’s right there on stage!! This is a unique session conceived by Alok and promises to be EXHILARATING!!! [again, ask the Mumbaikars!]

Are you an early stage entrepreneur or an aspiring one? Do you have a biz idea you’d like to flesh out? Have you been toying with an idea but don’t know if it’s worth pursuing? Would you like Alok and other Rodinhooders build on your idea and help you take it forward?

We invite all of you to tell us what kind of a startup you’d like to see being built live (in the comments below). Or write to me for a chance to be featured in the CAS session! It could be just an idea or an actual startup-in-the-making so that we have an entrepreneur taking ownership of this unparalleled learning exercise.

5:00 – 5:30pm

The Customary Group Photo, Networking & AOY!

Mingle, mingle, mingle! Click, click, click!!

Distribution of 75 free copies of the Autobiography of Yogi by Alok. This is a world record attempt!

SEEKING VOLUNTEERS!

Many thanks to the Delhi organising team! If you’d like to volunteer and be a part of the Organising Team comment below and mention what you would like to do.

Agile mic runners (2), photographers, anchors, content curators, PPT specialists, social media enthusiasts, event reporters…. and WHATEVER YOU DEEM! We are very open to ideas – we just need YOU!!

Please note: Every city team is flexible and responsibilities can/should rotate amongst different Rodinhooders for every event! For example, last time Abhik anchored the Delhi OH, this time Sriharsha will. But if a girl co-anchor volunteers, we would love for the two of you to host the entire event! Tarun is our in-house photographer, but it would really really be nice if someone else could also volunteer to capture the awesomeness!

So holler. And remember, innovative suggestions are welcome!
