Guys we have a few website from where we generate business leads. Leads come s to our backend an from there we send those leads to the registered service providers. With one click we send an SMS and a copy in email is also sent
My problem at this point of time is there are so many vendors who are registered as DND and my current provider have started blocking SMS to those numbers. For the same vendors JustDial, Sulekha etc are able to send SMS and when we ask our vendors to unregister their number they say how come sulekha/justdial is able to send and you guys are not?
As pr requirement of my local SMS gateway provider, we even sent them written declaration on our letter head that we are not spamming etc and we are responsible for each SMS we are sending etc
I need your input on
- Which gateway is best in India for sending SMS. We send one SMS per push, no bulk
- Is there any other way around?
