What exactly do you do?
I (along with a colleague Gokul Singh and rest of the team) run ApnaComplex.com – the most comprehensive Apartment / Housing Society Accounting & Management Software portal.
Why do you do what you do? Is it to make money, to become famous, to run away from something, to retire, to kill boredom ?
Always wanted to do something different than a salaried job, to become famous and to make money.
Is there anything unique in what you do?
While the concept of standalone Society Accounting Software has been there since ages, there are no major providers of a fully integrated platform to manage every aspect of a Housing Society (email/sms communication, Complaint management, accounting, auditing, defaulter tracking, automated reminders, society registers, asset/vehicle/visitor/maintenance staff/service staff/owner/tenant/document management and more).
What happens if this fails?
As I read some where – Success (and failure) is a ‘state of mind’ – if you think you are successful – you are.
And I am already successful going by that 🙂
Any one or two incidents that make you shiver or feel proud of your journey so far?
Felt very proud when ApnaComplex.com was selected for NASSCOM Product Launchpad in 2010 with in 5 months after our launch.
