Lawyers charge a bomb for something as simple as a trademark search.

Start-ups can save significant money by doing a trademark search themselves for free.

    Thanks a million ton for this Info.

    Just realized that the Brand name is use for my services shows under the “Status : Send To Vienna Codification ” ….. buy some other proprietor with an application date of 24/06/2013 ( very recent).  I have been using this Brand Name for more than 3+ years now and if you Google it the 1st two pages are all about our services.

    Should I too apply for the same or Contest before it is approved or ……………pl advice ?

    1. You’ll need to file an objection immediately.

    2. Please accumulate proof (brochures, invoices) to prove that you’ve been using the brand name prior to 24/6/2013.
