App to record phone calls

Hi,

Does anyone know of an app to record phone calls (outgoing)? I need to use this for surveys to be conducted wherein my staff will be calling up clients. Needless to say the person who is being interviewed for this is an opt in for this survey is expecting the call and the aware that their calls will be recorded.

Would be good to have this for different phone operating systems If possible.

Hi Kaiz,

You can check out http://www.exotel.in , they have an android app also. They provide you a no. which can be like your customer service no. on which you can receive calls, make outbound calls and you can also send and receive SMS on the same no.

All the calls ( incoming and outgoing ) can be recorded as well

Hi Kamal,

Thanks for this tip. I checked out their site and the product looks great. I need in not only for India but also for my operations in Philippines and Singapore. Exotel seems to be suited only for India.

Also got some tips from Android phone users to record calls. Hope it would work for iphone and blackberry too.
