Can any one suggest a CA to register a private limited/proprietorship

I essentially offer online marketing services to clients in India and abroad.

My international payments will come through wire transfer. Have not decided between proprietorship and private limited.

Can someone recommend a CA who can help me do the required registrations, get a service tax no etc?

Preferably in western suburbs (Andheri and beyond). Any help will be appreciated.

Also try the LLP option, try http://www.onlinellp.com … I am not an expert, I see there are good points under LLP.

I think I found someone I could use. He is based out of Pune and is quite active with local start ups there so fits my requirements quite well.
