I am starting up a tech venture in the Indian movies space and making the product on my own in Ruby on Rails.
I am looking for help on specifically two things.
1. A ROR hacker on a freelance or part time basis .While I am going to be working on most of it, I need help to finish some of the other features. The project will be hosted on Github. There is no project management or ticket system at present since I am the only developer. Paid on an hourly basis.
2. A ROR expert or hacker on a consulting basis (I mean actual consulting not as a fulltime contractor) to review code, help me fine tune and make the app faster. This is more on an extended basis and paid hourly.
I am not looking for companies or an ROR service shop for this. This is strictly for individuals only working in individual capacity, who want to make some extra money and want to learn the actual business side of the movie industry.
