How much should I charge for a responsive website?

I stay in Gulbarga, Karnataka and it can be called a tier 2 city. There’s a lot of business here and most of them don’t have an online presence. I’ve begun with a web design agency and also have landed few clients this month. Their requirements are a proper responsive website along with a CMS and also optimized to search engines. I am not sure how much I should charge them, excluding the domain and hosting. Any pointers here?

Thank you.

  1. Hi Pratik,

It will depend on the exact needs of your client and the man hour you will needed to invest for the project. But if I were your client from a tier 2 city who wanted to have a CMS website, I would have had wished to pay you something between Rs. 10000-15000 /-.

    All the best 🙂 @mar

  3. Hi Pratik,

It depends on CMS  and Design of the website .
If you are going to develop site in WordPress responsive with 5-7 pages . You can charge 15000 to 20000 INR .If your client wants to develop ecommerce site. You can use Magento or Joomla Virtue mart responsive .You can charge your client 30000- 40000 INR.

    Regards
