Dear All,
Looking for a HR Consultant for a 15-20 member staff family run business based out of Bangalore.
Need advise on PF; ESI; DA; Bonus and other salary related issues. Basically looking at structuring the salaries of my staff. Have had a couple bad experiences in the past because of negligence and lack of knowledge on the labour department rules.
