Hi Guys,

I have been working on InteractEasy.

InteractEasy is a small plugin that integrates with your website and lets your visitors have a voice conversation with your right from your website. It becomes really important during Mission Critical Steps while your visitor is interacting with your website.

We are in early beta and the product is a MVP. I would be glad to have your views, critiques, suggestions, praises and any other feedback that will help us improve.

Just to understand, say I am online but without a headset on my pc and customer wants to talk to me, does the call terminates to my mobile phone or at least a voicemail?

Looks like the future as ROE are the key now 🙂

Hi Amit,

We are in a close beta at this stage and this is the MVP.

Right now, if you do not have a headset, there is an automatic fallback to having only a text chat. If you are offline, we are considering to either connect the visitor with the business with a phone call or some similar option.

Scenario: A visitor comes to your website, starts accomplishing various missions – logging in, browsing products, adding products to cart etc.

And then there are few mission critical steps – making decision about buying your product, making payment etc. where they might need some hand-holding.

At all those mission critical steps, he can just click on the InteractEasy widget on your website and call you

After he presses the Call button, InteractEasy connects the visitor with the business agent, providing the agent a brief information about the visitor – referred by, time on website, pages browsed etc.

A voice chat at this critical step helps the business agent to convey information quicker and convince the visitor faster

After the interaction, the visitor can rate it.

This is the flow in a gist.

Its really a gr8 idea,by integrating with Magento and other e-comm frameworks. it ll be a Big Hit.
