Internships to make people assets

Since I started my company, I have been struggling with getting right people at right time to finish off my assignments. I am choosy when it comes to pick a person to  join my company cause in the end they are going to deliever it as a team.

As we all know hiring a fresher has risk attached to it and also time to train is high. I have been getting these calls for internships and training. With no other thought its a big business to work in but idea is to make internships fruitful.

Would like to hear from you  guys how can we make a difference in internship providing. We are planning for a small batch of 25 people and enable them in a particular technology for complete life cycle rather than just the theoretical knowledge. Want to make it interactive, enjoying experience for them.
