Does anyone have a Draft Agreement for Intellectual Property Rights transfer??
To clarify a little bit, I want to get the I.P. Rights of one of my Projects transferred to me by the Outsourced Agency that I have hired to do the project..
Alternatively, can anyone suggest a good Lawyer in Mumbai who can draft the same at a reasonable price..

You may want to try elagaan… although I am not very sure if they have a great legal service. they do NDA’s but dont know about IPR transfer agreement
