What exactly do you do?
Entrepreneurial CFO, adding value to business groups I associate with. Currently work as the CFO for a German MNC at Mumbai. Have had earlier stints as Head of Finance, Supply Chain and Business development in varied industries like FMCG, Travel and Entertainment, Telecom, Luxury retail and Healthcare, Automobiles. Some companies I worked for were Mahindra’s, Tata Tea, Thomas Cook, Bharti Airtel, Marico-KayaSkincare
Why do you do what you do? Is it to make money, to become famous, to retire, to kill boredom, WHAT?
Want to have a sense of achievement and be a quality contributor in whatever I do and If Money and Fame follow – they are always welcome. Definitely want to own a business one day
Is there anything unique in what you do? And here ‘unique’ can mean anything – doing what’s been done for donkeys years and yet in a more cost efficient manner, or something new in a boring business or line or simply inventing something completely new?
I believe I am preety good with Start up’s and also in turnaround situations, have worked in these situations in some of my past assignments in High pressure and managed to achieve sometimes impossible targets

Turnaround of a well established Travel Company – adding new lines of revenue and achieving breakeven
Though was Finance specialist – In my retail and services stint championed the business development and handled the National and International expansion including Franchising, handled operations and enhanced sales to 125%
State one really bad habit and one good habit (if you actually have one)
Hard Task master – Good for me , bad for colleagues
