I want to develop Personal Electronic Health Records.
Please let me know
(1) how Biometric marks as Thumb, Fingers, and Eye scanned and stored in the system? (As in Aadhar card) (2) How ECG, x-ray, sonography, CAT, MRI reports attached in PHR?
i had visited many sites on net but unable to get a solution.
I request web developers, healthcare IT specialist, experts and those who had done any work in this field to guide me.

I know a company which is already doing this on a large scale . ( they were actually our neighbours in our office space ) . What they are trying to achieve is something very similar to yours . They want to collect all kind of data related to a person ( his medical record and history ) and maintain their records in a central database.
And these guys are spending a lot of money in doing this. I am , in no way trying to discourage you , but just trying to point out what you might be up against.
