There are a lot of companies who are providing ecommerce specific LMD ( last mile deliveries ) with COD options available. Their Cash transfers are also very quick which will help you in your cash flows. You can contact the below mentioned companies.

Almost all major Courier companies offer COD facility these days.

Blue Dart
DTDC
Aramex
India Post
FedEx for domestic deliveries
First flight

That said, what you need to consider are the companies which operate in the zones/areas you want. Not all the companies have a service or offer COD in every remote nook and corner of the country.

You also need to consider the additional charges on COD.
