- I wish to work in stages. 1st: Design 25 page site with EPR, launch, and test, correct. Later on 2nd: start Marketing, 3rd: add free health related E-Book & generate client base. 4th: add Food Supplements products as calcium Iron etc. In future it will be a health kart website.
- Customers will be from USA, Europe and Asia.

- Web Framework- To be decided
- Payment gateway- PayPal, CC Avenue for India
- I will be registering domain, hosting myself directly. FTP a/c shall be given to developer. I shall keep all codes, password etc with me.
IS IT OK? I would like to know what language / framework is best for development of electronic Patients record.
