Working on a startup on Real Estate classified aggregation website, need your suggestions on product features.
What exactly is classified aggregation:
If you are looking to rent or buy a property, you end up searching on 10 different real estate classified portals, Real estate classified aggregator website will fetch you search results (based on the search criteria you have entered) from multiple real estate portals and display aggregated results on a single page. This helps you save time and effort by collating all results to one single source.
Would appreciate if you can share your thoughts on this from usability and commercial exploitation point of view.
Also please share what other feature would you like to see on this aggregation product.
Updates on product development: Basic website is completed with integration with 2 real estate portals. Target for Phase 1 release: Targetting integration with 5 real estate classified portals & performance enhancement.
