CruiseClub (www.cruiseclub.in) is a multi-brand cruise specialist – we are a niche player in the travel space, and focussing only on the growing cruise segment. This segment is different from the others (air, rail, hotels) in the sense that the number of choices that the consumer encounters at every stage are a lot lot more, and hence our role is to help the consumer navigate through the choices and select an appropriate option. As such, our role is really about educating the client, rather than selling to the client!
We’ve been busy building phase 2 (launching soon) of the CruiseClub offering – which addresses some of the problems that consumers face today, and are looking to take out consumer engagement to the next stage.
