Hi All,
I am in the process of constructing a startup for which I need to put the entire information of a Store/Shop/Outlet online on my website.
For eg: If there is Service center Ram Auto Garaje in kothrud varasity, I shall be putting up all the details of the same i.e Shop name,address,contact number. Like this I will be putting up 100’s of Outlet details.
I have a concern that is there any Law/ Legal obligation that needs to be taken care of? Am I allowed to put up outlet details online which would in turn benefit the shop owner and help him grow his business?
Any inputs will be highly appreciated.
