You could help in any way you wish, you could also use your initiative to reach out to business owners (with the presentation embedded here – please feel free to reasonably modify it to suit your audience) who you think could be willing to go the mile.
The Art of Living, a worldwide humanitarian NGO, has taken up the task of providing relief to the drought stricken region, whatever assistance is raised shall go a long way in helping them in providing relief.

Hi Himanshu,
Had a word with the Project Coordinators at the Art of Living, they mentioned a few things:
1. The spends are all audited.
2. In case an organization wishes, it could sponsor an entire village, in which case they control the entire spends.
3. At the moment there are no websites being maintained specifically for the drought relief project, its just that at the moment the team’s focus is on getting relief to the villages concerned, maybe at a later stage it might become possible.
