True Education..not covered in school/colleges

Hello Rodinhooders.. I feel so excited today to share my story with you….when you end up reading it..I just hope you do not find it that boring 😉 Here it goes………………

My History 🙂

By profession I was a software  Engineer..just like other professionals I was also leading a hectic life among those Production issues.UATs and all..at the end of the day there was no peace of mind. I felt as if everything is so Virtual just like we build Virtual systems on a computer system..we are getting paid heavily for being overly worked..slowly n gradually my passion for IT started diminishing because I use to think that I am not utilizing my potential here fully.

Starting of the transformation…

I wanted to do something different..something really beneficial for our upcoming generation ..as a senior Software Engg I use to interview a lot of students. I realized that the basic concepts are missing in our young generation..if you ask an easy thing from them but in a slightly different way they are just quite and confused..it was painful experience to know as to why our students are so weak basically..

To analyze the problem and find the root cause I started giving tuitions to two students at my home after the office. Although I had no energy left still I use to sit with them. I started with the subject Mathematics. Initially the students were so scared with just the name of the subject and were completely dependent on me for their study but I groomed them in a way that they started focusing more on self study. They use to read the introduction part of the subject first and then use solve the exercise part on their own. Slowly they started feeling much more confident and my belief became more stronger on the thing that our education system is making students more dependent..

Emergence of Adhyan Innovative Learning 🙂 🙂 🙂

I really wanted to do something for such students and make them more independent and confident. I made a decision to quit my job (spent close to 9 years in IT) and start my own company Adhyan Innovative Learning..here I am guiding/counseling the school students as well as deliver seminars to college students..specially the ones aspiring for great IT careers. Whatever had been my learning about the IT Industry till date I share it with the students. It makes me more happy when students acknowledge the benefits of the seminars and their motivational level is really high after the sessions. I have reached out to more than thousand of students and try my best to deliver good quality content to them. I am sharing a few pics of the colleges where I have delivered my sessions.

For long term impact I am also delivering training to the teachers/lecturers and providing consultancy to few educational institutions for the better development of their educational program. For Business sustenance I am charging for these seminars..but at the back of my Mind there is always one thing that keeps on banging me and that is “social work”..I want to build such an organization that will be for profit but the at the same it will serve the poor sections of the society for free..I have seen students from  weaker sections of the society who are so talented but they do not get ample opportunities to prove their talent..

Our Strategy :-

Education is multi-layer structure. It would certainly take long enough to make change in the whole  system. But at the end of the day, one who suffers the most is the student. Hence, Adhyan directly  reaches out to the students and make them aware about their potential.
