There are many ways of valuating a company(i.e training organisation here) like discounted cash flow, price to sales, price to earnings etc. But the easy way of doing is to compare the valuation of similar companies(training & education) listed in the market. Take a sample of 4 or 5 similar companies and you can compare the average revenue/market capitalization ratio. Apply the same with your business.
