I am going to sign up with https://www.knowlarity.com/ for my company for a Virtual Receptionist. Can any rodinhooder guide me on how their service is, as they are asking for a full year advance which I have never done with any other company.

Are you specifically looking just for an IVR? just a static IVR? or with some extra features?
May you go with any provider, dont forget to check on these points,
1. Monthly subscription fees
2. Call volume / Per outgoing call charges.
3. Per incoming call charges.
4. SMS charges, Voicemail charges.
5. Simultaneous calls allowed ( *advanced )
6. Calls routing facilities / live call manipulation facilities etc features ( *advanced )
