I am developing a website for electronic personal health records. It is seen that there are plenty of websites offering PHR and almost all are free. Even then it is not at all popular.
Hence I would like to know:
1. What are the reasons for its un-popularity?
2. what shall be done to overcome it?
3. If it is made as per your requirement will you use it? If not, why?
4. How much subscription yearly be suitable?

Ans :- a] In most of the developed nation, government initiates EMR adoption initiative by introducing various incentive benefits.Which is again strictly governed by rules and regulations. First there has to be some rules and regulation in regards to data collections and its security which will create the need for the adoption of EMR
b] Lack of co ordination and eager to adopt new and efficient technology by health care providers and pharmacies as they believe its too hectic and money draining process
c] Lack of knowledgeable marketing in respect to benefits of adopting emr by the EMR vendors
2. what shall be done to overcome it?
a] tie ups with pharmacies,Diagnostics centers these retail chains in this market has to be emerge which will be a USP
b] Effective marketing how it will save money also its efficient global accepted practice in healthcare industry
c] Patient data management which is mainly outsourced by bigger hospitals and phc this can be done inside emr
3. If it is made as per your requirement will you use it? If not, why?
a] Indian customers are too need in respect to customization but it should not be entertained unless it attract a good revenue
4. How much subscription yearly be suitable?
