i m running a small firm which provides services like website designing & development and customized software solutions.
Now i want to start a parallel venture (Branding and Promotion).
Would anyone tell me how can i start ? what is the initial capital required ? what is the main concept which i will have to keep in mind ?

do you think you could provide some more details – it would give other members a better idea – “brnding & promotion” are very broad terms.
how big is your team? what kind of people do have on board? what kind of clientele (industry) do you cater to? what kind of infrastructure do you already have?
