Delhi’s next Open House in March – SATURDAY ya SUNDAY?!!!

Hey Rodinhooders of Delhi!!

Very quick poll – we are planning to organise an Open House in Delhi on March 22nd or 23rd, 2014. Stay tuned for the big announcement! 🙂 [yep, you guessed right, Alok is gonna be in town for ad:tech. His session is on Friday, March 21!]

Without going into too many details, I’ll try to keep this short!!

Our preferred venue may not be available to us on Saturday, so will an Open House work for all of you on SUNDAY, MARCH 23, 2014 (2-5pm)…??

We are exploring all options possible, but wanted your first hand opinion!! WILL YOU COME ON A SUNDAY?! 🙂

So PLEASE comment below by simply saying SATURDAY or SUNDAY so we can quickly take this decision and get the ball rolling ASAP!

UPDATE 4:20pm: Exams are going on at IIT Delhi so they can’t give out their halls on March 22 or 23rd. Can everyone pls come up with alternate venue suggestions? Capacity of the hall should ideally be at least 200. And it should be FOC (free of cost!) If you have contacts in any such place pls mention. Many thanks!

thanks sauravjit. someone is already in touch with IHC. in fact we had our very first delhi OH there! they normally require more than a month’s notice if i’m not mistaken…

Could someone please explain what is the procedure of attending the Open House (do we have to register or just show-up at the venue on specified time and date).

ankit – we will be creating an event and agenda post on trhs once the venue is finalised. you merely have to RSVP on the event post and show up at the venue!

Sunday will be great as I have to travel from Jalandhar to Delhi.In case Sunday is not possible than can try for Saturday too. Just confirm the dates asap so that reservations can be made accordingly.
