Looking for a Lawyer!

Hi,

I am looking for a Lawyer in Delhi, pref near saket since the law suit is in Saket Court. I would need someone who is well versed with technology & copyright law.

We are a small startup hence cannot afford a very expensive lawyer. The hearing is on 17th Dec.

  3. Just one more advice… Most lawyers donot put facts plainly. If you want to win your case.. read every line of the judgement. Ask clarifications. read citations etc.. And don’t hesitate to ask 2nd, 3rd and 4rth opinion. Also make sure your lawyer explain all your queries.

  9. Yes but better be sure. Worst thing about law is “Judgments are cast in Stone” If you are at receiving end you are done.
