My goodluck will be there for life :) #goodluck

Flashback to 2002: I was looking for admission to post graduate course in computers after BCA. While I was sad to leave few dear friends behind i was excited to begin a new journey & possibly in a co-ed 😉 ya right! my graduation was from an all girls college and while its a lot of fun to be in girls college & hostel but this time I was hoping to have a mixed friend circle and be sane 😀

Got admission in a cool college in Dehradun, I was happy as the city was cool, college crowd looked hep too(you know the parameters we the non IIT crowd generally looks for :D).

Dad was happy that its a decent college and close to home, mom was not as she believed i cud have been closer (basically stay at home & not hostel) Mom was praying that I get admitted in another college (not so hep) even closer to home.

Night before when I was supposed to leave for Dehradun, at 11 pm someone rang the bell. Dad opened the door and saw a neighbour of ours informing that I have got last available seat in the mom wala college..what!!! God couldn’t really ignore my maa’s repeated prayers.

I was so upset on my bad luck of not been able to go to the cool city & hep crowd college and rather my parents expected me to look happy about staying near to home.

Joined the mom wala college and felt bad luck can’t be changed, but least did I know that I will find love of my life here in what I tagged as “not so hep college” 😀

He and I are now married for 9 years, he introduced me to love, life & entrepreneurship 🙂 we are blessed with a ~2 yr old son & i love each passing second of my life.

P.S: Interestingly he also didn’t want to join this “not so hep wala college” & it was his mom’s preferred college too. 😉

Whatever happens, happens for a reason & good luck is bound to happen!
