Rodinhood coffee meetup in Ahmedabad (Update : 3)

Only 2 days to go…

I waited, waited and waited!! I wait for a Rodinhood coffee meet in Ahmedabad and for someone to organize it. (The last one was more than a year back and it was through this event that I meet my co-founder.)

Even after waiting so long, there was no activity in Gujarat. But then Anil told me – “Why wait. Why not we do it. After all, if it wasn’t for TheRodinhoods, your venture would not have come this far.”

So here it is – Calling all the folks of Ahmedabad & nearby cities for an informal coffee meet on 15th March or 22nd March.

Who is invited?
Everyone!!! Rodinhooder or no Rodinhooder. Entrepreneur, future entrepreneur or not an entrepreneur.

Venue:

AppItSimple office, 706, Shiti Ratna, Panchvati Circle, Off C.G. Raod. (Next to Radisson Blu, Same building as Laxmi Cycle )

(We’ll give early leave to team in the office, so we can have entire place to ourself)

Timing: 3 pm to 5 pm (for convenience of members from nearby cities like Rajkot and Vadodara)

We have proposed a Coffee Meet as this will be the first meet after a year. It will give us a good opportunity to get to know everyone from in and around A’bad and learn about their startups. We can also plan to follow it up with structured meets every two months, like some other cities already do.

Do put in your thought and ideas as comments to make the meet more effective. Also, help on zeroing in on a place, date and time.

also, wanted to add (for other rodinhooders’ benefit) – the organising team of any city keeps evolving so everyone gets equal chance and opportunity to play different roles while organising a meetup in your city. that way no one individual is burdened and each meetup has a different flavour to it!
