Hi Friends, I will take this platform to tell about my ex boss who happens to be a south indian and I have worked with him in an automobile company for 3 years. He always keeps me on my toes and never said good or ever happy with my work. I was just getting frustrated day by day. But I was learning he was giving me loads of new projects and ensure me in every development, I was working in all projects but never heard a single word of appreciation.
One day he told that he will appreciate me when I will work more than him, I will handle more projects than he handles on single time.
I put all efforts for next 1 year and one fine day I decided to quit and start my own business. The day I quit I was working till 8 o clock and handed him the final presentation for new client and he said ” i will never get a employee like you again”
It was enough to end all the negtivity and kick start the business, sometimes some words just change the life. whenever I feel little low, I just remember his appreciation and move on……
