Have you read of this book “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki? In his book he have explained wonderful concept of Cashflow quadrant.
Please check the below image.
For any common person to move from Left side of quadrant to right side takes 40-45 years. Some people cannot move from Employee to Self employed.
However I came across an Business Opportunity that makes this happen in a span of 4 to 5 years.
Condition: You should have a desire to change your life from what it is today. You have a dream that is your purpose to make this change to your life. You should be able to give that commitment and smartly work towards your goal. Last but not the least if you are able to achieve your dreams and goals, help others to do so…

wud b gr8 if u cud share basic details like, name of the company, business nature, credentials etc. if its that big an opportunity, m sure many here would be interested. and yes this platform is full of people who are in the business of doing business for a living. so their collective intelligence n opinion would surely be massive and can validate and perhaps add to the reputation of the business.
from what i read above, its not fair since the article is only soliciting emails for one-on-one transaction without telling anything bout the business opportunity (cliche) .
so really keen to read n know more

I don’t know why, I am getting an intuition that you are pitching about Qnet or similar business, a multilevel marketing business. Infact, I can bet on that, because only people associated with compnaies like Qnet, Ebiz, Rmp, etc talk like this, ‘you are going to make a history, you can earn in 4yrs and sit back for 40yrs enjoying the money, etc.’ Tell me m wrong?

Yes this is an Network Marketing Business. More widely known as Direct Sales or Interactive Distribution of Products and Services.
Secondly, I have seen people and personally know people earning good money in short span. It did not came sitting at home. They struggled hard from day to night sleeping 4 odd hours..
What is wrong with working on a network marketing platform, which allows a common person earning money by starting a business with small capital?

Thank you for showing interest. This is a Direct Sales / Interactive Distribution of Products and Services. Company’s name I will not disclose. Coz its a human tendency to come with lots of questions and doubts. Then we go on internet and search things. Then we close our self to such things and dont even want to see what the business has to offer.
Its utterly our choice whether or not to start it.

if u wish people to devote their time n effort to something, its essential all questions related to it are answered n not avoided. if its not illegal or secretive, it should be done in public so that community can benefit.
i have got the gist or the lesson of all those references. let me share some names if they strike u, goldenforests, ms shoes, all those time sharing resort schemes, speakasiaonline, qnet and all its prev avatars, all those chit funds which have fallen apart in recent past, herballife, Samidirect and the kind. actually network mktg normally or rather mostly does not work. esp when its accompanied with extremely rosy or optimistic claims such as in this one.
one member in recent past championed the cause of one such company recently and got widely criticsed. it was not a pleasant thing to read. wish u check and go thru. cos if u try to solicit interest for any network mktg no matter its merits, ppl wud take it in extremely neg way.
of course the final decision rests with u. personally i m not interested. i hv read parables of pipeline long back when i joined amway thinking it will make me rich some 10 years back. what i realised reading it is that its a v well written n motivating book and things in life never happens the way the book presumes.

Hi Sanchita,
I can understand the feeling you have towards network marketing since you already know Amway. Amway was no wrong , not a scam. Any concept or idea is a like a mobile phone. If some one have met an accident and you want to help, you use mobile phone to call an emergency number and the person gets help and the other way round there are people who use the same mobile phone and make prank calls nd declare there is bomb in a the mall.
In this case the mobile was not good or bad, but the person doing it was. The problem is that when we are in network marketing business, they feel that they will get rich quickly since they have put in the money. They sit at home and imagine that their money gets multiplied.
There is no problem to share the company name. But we do not do advertising online through videos, commercials. Because this is a concept. Company do not spend on marketing coz the independent distributors does that. By the word of their mouth. If we had to do commercials, and marketing via any media, why would company have chosen this model. They could have themselves done this for their products and services.
I have seen people who shared this opportunity and got 100, 200, 300 rejections. But they did not give up. Worked day in day out, talked to people, helped their team members at any hour in the day, and today have a huge team size and are financially free. I have seen a person who struggled for 15 months and then got his first partner in the business. Coz he had a belief in this business and his urge to give a good life to his family.
But we always say to the people, its your choice to be on the left side or the right side of the quadrant.

There is nothing wrong in getting into network marketing biz if you want to earn some good money, I don’t say that they don’t work hard.
Problem with network marketing is you will never become an entrepreneur in true sense and there are few reasons to it,
1) You are not conceptualizing a product or service
2) You don’t select your product, target audience, channels, etc
3) No matter how many products you sell, how much you mint, you will never own it.
4) If product fails in market, you are not affected, you just change the company
5) Basically, aag nahi lagti hai niche… Its as good as being an employee, only with the benefit of chossing ur time to work…

Below are the answers to the questions:
1) You are not conceptualizing a product or service
We are not conceptualizing the product or service. We are sharing a concept that will help you earn money. However since this is a legal business, you need to sell some products and services. Other wise you know what happens. Like some scams you have already heard not to name them. Where people worked on a concept of “Rob People to Pay Paul”. You take money from one person A and give to other person B whom you had promised before. Now to pay to A, you take money from some other person C. But problem occurs when to pay C the company do not have money and they shut down
When you do a job you are either selling products or or provide services of/for a company. Where company make chunk of profit and you get a meager amount as salary. It is like a pyramid where top person earns good money and low level people get peanuts. No matter how good are the low level people are and how hard they work.
So why not do the same thing for your self. Be a CEO of your own organization.
2) You don’t select your product, target audience, channels, etc
Products are just means to start the business. Instead of we paying the operational costs, the company handles all research, finance , managmeent , public relations, warehousing, production, packaging, quality control, administration etc and pays commision checks to all the distributors.
Its a fact. Just calculate how much a company spends in all of the process above. You will get the answer yourself why network marketing business commit that huge success.
3) No matter how many products you sell, how much you mint, you will never own it.
We don’t even want to own the products. If we had to own the products, we had to pay that chunk that goes into branding and marketing , we would have never dared to start a business, coz common people cant afford that huge amount risk.
4) If product fails in market, you are not affected, you just change the company
Genuine network marketing companies comes with a product that are already been tested and verified by authorized resources. You can get that information from authentic resources of that company and not by any passer by who had just heard the company’s name. Its not the product that fails, which make a person to change the company, its the person himself that fails. He/she may fail coz he did not joint the authentic network marketing company, or he did the business in the way which should not be done. OR may be because he did not get that learning and teachings from an expert network marketer.
I am just a new joinee and I speak these things without any fear of getting offended. Because I am proud of what I am in. I trust and know people personally who are a huge success in this business.

Do employee dream to be financially free? Do an employee dream to give a stress free life to his family? Do an employee has the leverage to work hard for 4 to 5 years and then just spend rest of his life with his family and earning passive income? Opposite of Job is Boj. Basically employee company ka boj uthatha hai.
And yes… You can be an Entrepreneur in network marketing. You can even become an Investor. If you really wanna know how you can meet the successful people in this business. Because a pan tapri waala is also a business man and Mr. Ambani is also a business man.
If i leave an option to you to choose one of them to know about business whom will you choose. I leave that upto you.

Dipika don’t take offence. You lost my point completely. I am not against network marketing.
My whole point is being an entrepreneur and slogging developing a product, failing badly in market and then again standing up when you are almost dead is different all together than becoming a micro-business within a business.
Of course, you pointed out rightly the benefits of not starting on your own and joining netwrok marketing company.
But having said that you are not interested in conceptualizing a product have clearly differentiated you from an entrepreneur. Not a single Entrepreneur here can accept this and say that they don’t want to develop a product or service.
Sorry for arguing, but lets keep this discussion healthy, no matter how far this continues. I believe at the end of the discussion, either you will start something of your own or I’ll join your network marketing company.

I am not offended. I rightly understand that you are not against Network Marketing. And whoever understands it will never be against network marketing. Coz its all about raising yourself financially and helping others to do so.
Let me clear this point again. As a networker we do not do any research or development of a product and services. As said earlier, all the operational cost, company handles. And a networker just do the publicity for that company.
With great respect, Mr.Amitabh Bachan, he does advertisement right from Zhandu Balm to Reid & Taylor’s Suiting. Does he slog to sell any product? Is he selling the product door to door and telling every one to purchase it? According to me it’s a big NO. But company makes him Brand Ambassador, coz they believe that he has that hold on the human resource not only in India but many others all over the world. He gets paid coz he has influence on billion of people all over the globe. Many people purchase the product he endorse coz they are fan of him and trust him.
Now we common people all around the world may not have such a huge influence. We may not have huge fan following. But of course we will have influence on our friends and relatives around us. On an average, a person, say by age of 25 will have minimum 100 people who trust him. Even if he is the most introvert person in the world.
He alone can do nothing. However if out of 100 people if only 50 also trust him, and decide to do this business with him, he is not at loss. Coz those 50 will have minimum 30 each which makes the team size of 1500. And a team of 1500 also a decent success in network marketing. So where is the point of slogging and failing? We will never fail working with people who trust us directly or indirectly.
Hence a genuine network marketing company says to a common person, you be our brand ambassador. Instead of Paying 100 crores to a single person why not pay 1 lac to 100 people. In this way they make profit and also make difference to a common person’s life.
Yes a traditional business man is always interested in developing the product and service. They have to. Because they have to sustain in this cruel competitive world. That too alone! Because they have to be ahead of all.
However the beauty of network marketing industry is that this all is headache of the network marketing company. As far as we are building our business, their products are selling by the way. So they really do not care of any competition. What they do is focus on motivating people so that they make their life financially free and in turn company earns profit.
And competition? We will not be competing with our friends and family, instead we will be working as a team to face any challenges. That is why teams climb the Everest mountain so that they can sustain any challenges that come across.
Having said all that we don’t say we don’t focus on the products or services. In fact products and services do definitely play a major role of any business, whether it is NM or traditional business. If your product is worth it’s cost then you don’t need to invest more money on advertising, Eg. Rolex, BMW. Same goes with NM companies, if their product holds a good value for money then building a network is never a problem. That too with our friends and family.. Never !
And how do we build a network, by sharing the business concept with our near and dear ones and make them our business partners and they doing the same thing and duplicating.
Even Sir Albert Einstein have said that any business that works on the Concept of Duplication will be the 8th wonder of the world.
Today one of the top earning company Facebook is also a social networking site.
Hence, a single person alone may or may not be successful. But like-minded people together can definitely bring the success.

Why are you explaining features of NM, I know them very well. The point m talking abt is, whether NM people are entrepreneur or not. Amitabh Bachchan endorse and try to sell range of products but he never call himself Entrepreneur.
And you tagged the companies involved in developing products n services as traditional company???? You networking company also does the same.
Another thing, the difference I am trying to explain you in netwwork marketing people and entrepreneur is exactly the difference between the owner of the NM and the people who work on NM concept.
NM is a concept of selling. any company can adopt it. So my point is, earn money out of it and do something of your own with that money and you can even adopt NM concept to market your services.
