Started in 2009 as a small facebook group to connect people who love this game by sharing stories. related to football, match analysis, match predictions, etc. Transformed today to an organization, through sheer hard work of their team and other significant volunteers with only one motto to promote football in our country.
They organized a small football league in college going against the college administration in 2009. The league was the only topic of discussion in college during that period of 1 month. Taking their experience and passion forward team We and Football organized its first 5-a side football event in 2010 at Delhi. The event was a huge success there has been no looking back after that. They are the only football association in India to have successfully organized 15 football tournaments in 7 cities.
In 2011 We and Football became the official Indian body of Freestyle football federation U.K. and is responsible for the growth of freestyle football in India. They have conducted numerous freestyle football meets in the last one year and have a great network of freestyle footballers.
They have been football consultants to Pepsi for its “Change the game” campaign and Red bull for its “Street style competition”. Their team was also a part of the organizing committee at the 24th All India Shaheed Durga Mal Dal Bahadur Memorial Gold Cup Football held in Dharamshala. (H.P).
